Questions we get asked
What counts as an asset?
A piece of equipment or amenity with its own record and QR label—for example, one treadmill, one cable machine, or one exercise bike.
Do members or residents need an account?
No. They scan the equipment’s QR label to report an issue without downloading an app or logging in. Authorized staff use accounts to manage reports.
How many assets are included?
The 90-day founding pilot includes up to 100 assets at one facility for $149 per month. The $199-per-month Single Location plan includes up to 250 assets at one facility. If you need more than 100 assets in your pilot or more than 250 on the ongoing plan, contact us before starting so we can discuss an appropriate scope.
Can we keep our current maintenance vendor?
Yes. Your provider continues to inspect and repair equipment. AmenitySync helps your team organize reported issues and track follow-through.
What happens after the 90-day pilot?
We review the pilot with you and discuss next steps. If you continue, the single-location price is $199 per month for up to 250 assets at one facility.
How does setup work?
We review your equipment inventory, help assign QR labels and plan their placement, and walk your staff through handling reports. Together, we test the workflow before launch.
Does AmenitySync repair equipment?
No. AmenitySync provides issue reporting and tracking. Your staff and qualified service providers remain responsible for equipment safety decisions, inspections, and repairs.
Do we need an equipment list before the demo?
No preparation is required. We can demonstrate the workflow using sample equipment. If you decide to explore a pilot, we’ll review your inventory with you.
